Unapologetic Courage Show

As an entrepreneur, I get it.  It can be messy, non-traditional, and time-consuming to build something you're passionate about.

I remember the first time I stepped out and gave a talk to an audience.  I was seventeen and it was at an international youth conference for the church organization I was affiliated with at the time.  If it wasn’t for my mentors who saw enough potential in me to ask me to share my message of managing conflict (yes, I remember the topic!), I probably would not have ever stepped out.  Fast forward to October 2020.  I courageously shared my story of triumph over tragedy and of beating all odds by growing up in Harlem in the 70s and 80s, earning my education including at Fisk (HBCU) and Harvard, and working in my dream vocation, with an amazing group of people - virtually and safely - at Reset conference.  

That's why I was so thrilled when my friend Shacottha Fields told me she was hosting an interview series all about courage, which was born out of her own research project to learn HOW entrepreneurs build their business and a life of their choosing.
