Are You Moving Away From or Moving Toward Something?

Right before my transition away from Corporate America in 1998, I began to feel a small tug moving me toward something bigger than the job description I had been successfully fulfilling. I had an inkling, a nudge, that there had to be something more for me to do than, in some cases, helping wealthy high level Executives rollover their six and seven figure profit-sharing accounts into their personal individual retirement accounts. In fact, one fellow employee said to me, “Danyetta, you're bigger than this company.” We both knew what she meant. There was simply more for me to do; but, I didn't know exactly what it was.

Mark Twain once said, “The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” Once you embark on a journey to discover your purpose or why you were born, it can unlock many strengths, talents and gifts that are naturally within in you. It's so exciting to see how much more meaningful life can be with the right focus, intention, and passion. What are you moving away from or moving toward that is helping you discover a deeper level of purpose?

It's no accident that I get to coach people who are also moving away from or moving toward something bigger, deeper, and more fulfilling. "Who, exactly, seeks out a coach? Winners who want even more out of life." (Chicago Tribune) All of my new coaching clients receive my complimentary report, 40 Keys to Excellence-Based Living!
