DANYETTA NAMED KEYCAST PRESENTER AT THE 2022 VIRTUAL GATHERING
This session was a time of welcoming everyone back as we gradually reemerge into the in-person world of supporting others. We took the time to reflect on, honor, and celebrate our diversity and resilience which brings about a greater sense of unity in the work we are doing to support others. We looked at what we have learned about ourselves and those we support, what we might retain from the virtual world, and where we want to go next with our new knowledge gained. We highlighted ways we have stretched and experienced significant growth way beyond our comfort zones.

JOIN CO-AUTHOR, DANYETTA AS SHE HOSTS THE BLACK AMERICAN TREE PROJECT!
Danyetta Najoli co-developed The Black American Tree Project in 2019.
The Black American Tree Project is a workshop and historical account detailing the dominant systematic, cultural, and societal forces repressing Black Americans. We want to lay bare the power and structure of the indelible forces of systemic racism and how its hold impacts all humans, namely Black Americans.
The Project is followed by courageous community conversations offering real-time discovery of new levels of awareness, healing, and affirmation for the participant who can impact those within their circle and their communities.
Participants will feel and comprehend, based on factual evidence, the atrocities of key societal forces, both past and present, whether well-intentioned or not, and the role authority, family, and community, play in conjunction with these forces.
Danyetta had the unique ability to prototype this emerging project with a diverse group of people from Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, New York, Canada, Indigenious lands in North American, Australia, Scotland, and the UK! The project has been named a Truth Pillar in the Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformational (TRHT) model.
We would love for you to experience this immersive history lesson and present day reality.
We offer this project to corporations, nonprofits, community groups, families, and libraries!
Limited number of spots are available per session!

FAILING FORWARD WITH SARAH BROWN EP. 119
Danyetta Najoli grew up in Harlem—when it wasn’t the one of desirable New York City neighborhoods to live in. She remembers priceless memories with her friends’ families and dance lessons at her godmother’s studio, but in the background, her family was learning to thrive in the face of loss.
On episode 118, Danyetta shares one of her coaching programs that she has used in her own life and with her clients. The four-step process is: release, allow, attract, and act. She explains each step on this episode, and you can learn more about them in her new book “Micro Shift: Small Mindset Changes for Big Results.”
