Danyetta Najoli is a native New Yorker with over 17 years of management, client service, training, public speaking, and leadership experience. Danyetta's work centers around human potential, fulfillment, vision casting, mindfulness, and motivation.
In 2004, Danyetta served as a content consultant in the development of a Christian online coach training school. She successfully led the school from 2005-2006 and served as Dean. Danyetta serves as a board member for non-profit organizations in the developmental disabilities field. She consulted the State of Tennessee on issues around mentoring staff and serving a more culturally diverse population.
Danyetta earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Regent University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Fisk University. She graduated from the Zenger-Miller Front-Line Leadership Development program. Danyetta completed the Coaching for Results course at Harvard Business School and studied coaching at the Graduate School of Coaching. Danyetta is a member of the International Association of Coaches, Christian Coaches Network, and Graduate School of Coaching.
Danyetta's signature program, Excellence-Based Living, helps women discover their true selves, embrace positive change, and contribute to their world in delightfully unexpected ways. Danyetta is the author of the digitally published book, Unstoppable Confidence: Sustaining a Posture for Success.
She is a frequent guest on the radio talk show, Everyday Cincinnati, and is quoted in the book, Tears to Triumph: Women Learn to Live, Love, and Thrive.
